Who we are

This website, eventsatthefalls.com, is operated for the events department of The Falls at Mt. Laurel / DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Mt. Laurel at 515 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Day-to-day marketing support is provided by Laurel Lodging property marketing.

DoubleTree, Hilton, and related marks are trademarks of Hilton. This privacy notice covers only this events marketing website and its inquiry form, not Hilton.com or other Hilton systems unless those systems separately receive your information.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects your name, email, event type, approximate date, date flexibility, and guest range.

You may also provide a phone number, organization, preferred spaces, contact preference, and message.

The form stores its source page, submission time, and campaign tags present in the page address (such as UTM parameters).

How it is used

We use inquiry details to understand your event, route the request, respond, continue planning with you, and improve how this website serves future planners.

A unique submission token helps prevent duplicate records and allows an interrupted email delivery to resume safely.

If you provide a phone number, the hotel events team or property marketing team may call you about this inquiry. We do not use inquiry phone numbers for automated marketing text messages.

Who receives it

Inquiry details are stored for the hotel and may be sent to the hotel events team and property marketing team (including marketing@laurellodging.com and designated Hilton property event inboxes).

Site infrastructure and an email delivery provider process the information needed to store and route each inquiry. Current processors include website hosting and Resend for outbound inquiry notification email.

We do not sell inquiry information to data brokers.

AI concierge chat

If you use Ring the Falls, your messages, page path, and a session identifier are sent to our website servers and to an AI model provider so the chat can generate a reply about event spaces and planning next steps. That processing is for answering your questions and optional handoff into the inquiry form. Concierge conversations are not sold.

Please do not send payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health details, or other sensitive personal information in chat. AI replies can be wrong; confirm important details with the events team. More limits appear in our Terms of Use (AI and media).

Sale, sharing, and advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. This events website does not currently load third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. If that changes, this notice will be updated and any required opt-out controls will be added before those tools go live.

Site activity records

We record form views, form starts, and submissions with the page path and campaign source.

These records do not include the inquiry fields you type into the form.

For abuse prevention, the server converts the request IP address into a protected keyed value for hourly counts. The plain IP address is not stored in those counts. Expired hourly counts are removed during later submissions.

How long records remain

Lead records are retained for up to 24 months after the event month.

If no date is supplied or dates are flexible, records are retained for up to 24 months after submission.

Basic site activity records are retained for up to 12 months. Expired records are removed during later submissions.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of an event inquiry we hold about you by emailing marketing@laurellodging.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

You may choose not to provide optional fields such as phone number. Required fields are needed to respond to an inquiry.

Additional rights may apply under the New Jersey Data Privacy Law or other state laws depending on whether those laws cover this business and your request. We will honor applicable requests in accordance with law.

Security

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, rate limiting, and access-limited storage for inquiry records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please do not include payment card numbers or government ID numbers in the inquiry form or chat.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this form. Event contracts must be signed by an adult.

Changes

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the “Who we are” section will be revised when material changes are posted.
