Website purpose

This website provides marketing information about event spaces and services at The Falls at Mt. Laurel / DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Mt. Laurel, 515 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, and a way to send an inquiry to the events team.

It is not an online booking engine for guest rooms or a signed event contract.

No booking by form

Submitting an inquiry, receiving an email reply, using the concierge chat, touring the property, or reviewing a proposal does not create a binding reservation, banquet event order, or other contract.

Dates, pricing, packages, capacities, and services are confirmed only in a signed written agreement issued by the hotel. The hotel may decline or modify requests based on availability, minimums, licensing, safety, or other business reasons.

Information accuracy

We aim to keep capacities, amenities, and policies current, but layouts, packages, fees, hours, and availability can change. Room capacities and configurations are flexible and must be confirmed with the events team.

Some motion imagery on this site is digitally enhanced from property photography for presentation. Still photographs of identifiable guests are used only when the hotel has rights to do so.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the inquiry form, concierge chat, or site infrastructure, including by submitting false information, automated spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt or scrape the service in a way that harms its operation.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and original media are protected by copyright and related rights. DoubleTree, Hilton, and related names and logos are trademarks of Hilton. You may not use Hilton marks except as allowed by Hilton or applicable law.

You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without permission, except for ordinary browser caching and fair use.

Links to maps, Hilton.com, or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the hotel, its owners, operators, and marketing agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited under New Jersey or federal law. This limit does not replace or reduce obligations under a separately signed event contract.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, operators, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, except where prohibited by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
